Translation

The price quotation is consist of several factors such as language, difficulties, finishing time, etc.

The prices may vary a lot in different documents translation. The quote will be made based on the

features and the difficulties of the documents and projects after the analyse.

1.Unit price for translation is charged by per 1000 words ( characters ).The translation characters less

than 1000 will be counted as full 1000 characters;

2.Word counting: it will be based on the national printing standard page layout (count Chinese

characters, spaces not counted);

3.The 30% extra charges will be made for emergency services;

4.Single pages will be counted as per page CNY 100 for each page (including residence cert, driving

license, ID card, specification, letter of invitation, etc.) within 500 characters;

5.Certain charges will be made if there are a great amount of drawing, tables in the translation;

6. Foreign to foreign translation: it will be counted by converting to Chinese characters. The real

equivalent Chinese characters equal to every latin words times two;

7. Daily translation speed: from the second day after the entrustment contract is signed, the

normal speed for each translator would be 3000-5000 Chinese characters.

Note： 1. The working time will be 8 hours per person per day. If the working time is less than or equal to 4 hours, the fee will be charged by 60% of a whole day charge; 2. One hour work overtime will be charged at CNY 100-150 per hour per person. On out of town assignment, all the expenses of transportations, accommodations and safety for the interpreters will be covered by the clients; 3. Prices of special industries and minor languages will be negotiable.

Note: 1. Two interpreters will be required; 2. The work time will be 8 hours per day per person. One hour work overtime will be charged at CNY 1000 per hour per person; 3. The 30% extra charges will be added for out of town services; 4. The above are the rates for interpreting, the fees for devices and facilities are not included.
